For General Operations: Interactive Life Inc. is the developer and infrastructure provider managing the services.

For Client/Partner Apps: The specific organization operating the app (e.g., the specific church, municipality, or partner entity listed below) acts as the Data Controller and owns the user data collected within their respective application. Interactive Life Inc. acts as the Data Processor, handling and securing this data strictly on behalf of and according to the instructions of the client organization.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications, websites, software platforms, and related digital services developed, published, or white-labeled by Interactive Life Inc. This includes all current applications available under our developer accounts in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, as well as any future applications and services launched by Interactive Life Inc. that link to or expressly reference this Privacy Policy.

Account Deletion Requests (In-App Mechanism)

In compliance with mobile platform requirements, users have direct control over their accounts.

In-App Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the application by navigating to the Side Menu and selecting the account deletion option.

Healthcare and Wellness-Related Applications

Certain applications are intended solely to provide lifestyle support, general tracking, or resource management.

No Diagnostic or Treatment Data: These applications do not provide medical treatments, diagnostic services, or clinical assessments, nor do they track regulated health clinical data, as reflected in the store data declarations.

HIPAA Compliance: Where Interactive Life Inc. platforms are contractually deployed by healthcare or social service organizations to handle protected data, we implement additional administrative and technical safeguards and enter into appropriate business associate agreements to support our customers' regulatory obligations under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

International Data Transfers

Interactive Life Inc. is located in the United States, and primary hosting infrastructure is located within AWS US-East regions. Information may be processed, stored, and transferred within the United States and other jurisdictions where our core infrastructure service providers operate. By using the services, you acknowledge these cross-border transfers.
